The Rays are showing great value as a small home favorite against the Blue Jays tonight. Tampa Bay is coming in off a momentum building 4-3 win in extra innings against the Red Sox yesterday and I look for them to keep it going with Jeremy Hellickson on the mound. Hellickson was roughed up a bit in his last start against at Baltimore, but that’s a team he’s really struggled against over his career. He’s still got a dominant 2.98 ERA and 1.205 WHIP over 8 starts and has a 3.06 ERA and 1.210 WHIP over 13 career starts against Toronto.
